LuLu Steam Prawn


This is a simple dish I had prepare for my dinner. I cook my rice in the TM bowl with simmering basket at the same time when steaming the prawn. It can be ready to serve in 15 mins.

The ingredients for the dish are fresh prawns, an egg, some ginger juice or few slices of ginger, some red rice wine and salt to taste. Place the prawn on a deep plate, pour the sauces over it and the egg on top before putting into the Varoma tray for steaming.
