LuLu Meat & Glutinous Rice 'Siew Mai'

LuLu Meat 'Siew Mai'
Process Time: 5 mins, Total Time: 3o mins


Streaky pork, Chinese mushroom, prawn, Ikan Kurau fillet, spring onions, salt a little, egg white, corn flour, pepper a little, 'Siew Mai' skin or 'Wantan' skin.

Mince pork in TM bowl, set
aside. Mince mushroom and prawn. Add mince pork, spring onion and seasonings to mix well. Wrap the minced ingredients with 'Siew Mai' or 'Wantan' skin, put into Varoma tray to steam.

Glutinous Rice 'Siew Mai'
Process Time: 45 mins, Total Time 1 hour

Glutinous rice, streaky pork, cooking oil, Chinese mushroom, dried shrimp, spring onions, light soy bean sauce, sugar, salt & pepper a little, 'Siew Mai' skin or 'Wantan' skin.

Place glutinous rice into simmering basket to cook. Leave the rice aside and keep warm. Add meat, mushroom, dried shrimps, spring onions and oil to saute in TM bowl. Add light soy bean souce, sugar, water & salt to mix. Pour the mixed ingredients into a big bowl and blend well with glutinous rice. Wrap the minced ingredients with 'Siew Mai' or 'Wantan' skin, put into Varoma tray to steam.
